Wine Review: This coral colored Rose from Spain is a very good value. It opens with a wet stone and strawberry bouquet with a hint of watermelon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and nicely balanced between its light acidity and juicy fruit. The flavor profile is a tasty mild tangerine and gentle mineral blend with hints of peach and nectarine and touch of Maraschino cherry at the very end. The finish is dry and subtly fades away. If you are looking for a nice everyday Rose at a good price, give this offering a try with some shrimp scampi. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Bright pale pink. Aromatically subtle with elegant strawberry notes, typical of a good Tempranillo. Soft floral touches are reminiscent of grapefruit with a light undercurrent of anise. A friendly entry denotes a great deal of volume and a pleasant texture, giving the wine a long finish. Pairs well with all kinds of tapas; oily fish like tuna and salmon; pasta and rice dishes; and pizza. This wine is ready to drink now. Serve between 46-50ºF.
